All Quotes generated for individual clients are for information purposes and are subject to change at any time, due to unexpected or unplanned fluctuations in global exchange markets, increases in transportations costs, fuel costs, taxes, attractions and third party suppliers where applicable. Upon learning of the necessity to impose a surcharge in accordance with this section, Discover Africa Tours will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably possible. Discover Africa Tours reserves the right with reasonable notice to you to withdraw any trip or part therein and to alter the itinerary or trip inclusions, as it deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances. In case of events that are either unforeseen or uncontrollable and result in trip cancellation, delays, itinerary changes, or other adjustments, Discover Africa Tours will use reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives. Any resulting additional costs to Discover Africa Tours that result from such alternatives may be passed on to you with reasonable notice. In most instances, trips will operate as originally planned, but Discover Africa Tours reserves the right to make reasonable alterations after the final itinerary has been issued. As noted above, by making the booking, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions.

Discover Africa Tours does not provide travel insurance. Before traveling ensure that you undertake sufficient travel insurance which covers medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage for dates traveling with Discover Africa Tours.

During the tour booked with Discover Africa Tours, there may be opportunities to participate in activities or local events which are or are not included in the tour created by Discover Africa Tours. Discover Africa Tours HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILILTY AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SAFETY OR QUALITY OF THESE ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS, OR THE STANDARDS OF THE INDEPENDENT OPERATOR RUNNING IT. Activity examples may include, but are not limited to, vehicle/boat/aircraft trips, walking or guided trips, surfing, fishing, hiking, shark cage diving, snorkeling, bungee jumping, zip lining. Examples of events may include, but are not limited to local concerts, cycling tours. It is understood and acknowledged by each of Discover Africa Tours clients that any assistance given by Discover Africa Tours Tourist Guides or staff to help arrange these optional activities does not constitute a waiver of this disclaimer or create representations and warranties on our part. All additional activities paid for directly by the client or directly by Discover Africa Tours (as a handler) to the supplier of the activity, event, or service and are under each clients’ responsibility.

Discover Africa Tours does not sponsor or endorse these activities or events, nor can Bespoke Safiri be held liable for any injury or illness or any consequence whatsoever resulting from your participation. If you decide to participate in these events, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to ensure your own safety.
